LOST EPISODE - DON'T CRY
The TARDIS was in flight through space, simply flying leisurely before any specific coordinates had been specified. The Doctor was mumbling to himself while tuning the basic controls, unable to figure out where a certain blip in the coordinate plotter was coming from. Applejack watched, partially amused, as the Doctor struggled to figure out what the problem was. She trotted over to the exhausted Doctor and eyed the console.
"Havin' a bit of trouble with your machine there, Doc?"
"I still don't know why I let you call me that," The Doctor mumbled, "but I really don't have the time to be worried about that right now. There's something appearing on the coordinate plotter, and no matter how hard I try to home in on the blip the TARDIS won't respond."
"Maybe all it really needs is a swift kick," Applejack grinned.
"No, I promised I would take you someplace to make up for the whole Nestine business, I don't need you muddling up the coordinates. To think that you wer
DEATH TO THE DOCTOR: CHAPTER 5
CHAPTER 5 WE SHALL FARE WELL
"Well, what do we have here?" The Doctor had stepped out of his ship and was examining the area in front of him. He had reappeared somewhere underground. No light entered the chamber except for the light of the time machine and the light of a curious device that stood in the middle of the stone chamber. It looked just as big as the TARDIS itself, but it bore no chameleon circuit. The doors to the machine had been left open, revealing rows upon rows of computing equipment. The Doctor pulled out his sonic screwdriver and examined the earth above his head. "We're some ways down," the Doctor murmured, "just about forty feet below the surface we're right underneath Equestria."
"And that surprises you?" The colt had reappeared, this time without any signs of battle damage from the fighting earlier.
"No, not really," The Doctor smiled, "it would explain how you were able to erase the minds of everyone above. But you are one complex thing, aren't you?
DEATH TO THE DOCTOR: CHAPTER 4
CHAPTER 4 THE COLD FLAMES
Several thousands of light-years away the TARDIS rematerialized on a planet called The Devil's Cauldron. The Doctor had taken Applejack here once to visit the sights. The planet was in its earlier stages of life, still a volcanic ball floating in space. What made the planet so remarkable to the colonists that discovered it was that its heat is so intense that the majority of its surface area was covered in oceans of molten rock. The Doctor only came once to see the volcanoes erupting; he didn't expect to come back to fight a battle. The time machine swung violently as it appeared in the sulfur rich atmosphere of The Devil's Cauldron. The doors flew open, and out popped the Doctor's head, lightly battered and hanging on for life as the colt tried to force him out to the lava ocean below.
"What's a matter, Doctor," The unknown colt roared, "can't take the heat?"
"Get away from me," The Doctor choked.
"Oh, really threatening," The colt cried out sarcastica

CHAPTER 3 REMEMBER ME!
When the Doctor awoke he found himself on a grassy hill just outside of Ponyville. The breeze was gently flowing through his mane, and now and again he could hear the songs of the birds in the trees behind him. He inhaled the soft scent of fresh grass and grunted as he lifted his sore body up off the ground. He looked about to try and locate the mysterious colt, but somehow he had disappeared.
"Don't worry, Doctor," he heard the voice of the colt in his head, "I am still watching over you, making sure you see exactly what I want you to see."
"What do you want me to do," the Doctor asked aloud, "what is it that you have done that you are so eager for me to see?"
"I want you to walk into Ponyville. I want you to see what it's like there now." The Doctor sighed and slowly began his journey into the town, not knowing of what he was about to encounter in the Town Square.
It was in the afternoon, and all the ponies of Ponyville were ambling about, not in a rush
DEATH TO THE DOCTOR: CHAPTER 2
CHAPTER 2 OF SIN AND PRAYER
As soon as the TARDIS dematerialized the Doctor threw the doors open and landed face first into the darkness in front of him. He got up and looked around. He tried to find the TARDIS he had just stepped out of, but he couldn't find a thing. Where it had been was just the empty, cold, unforgiving darkness all around him. He looked down at his hoof, and for some reason his body was finely lit; everything else just seemed to have been consumed by the pitch.
"Nowhere," the voice of the colt replied, "you are in the middle of nowhere." The Doctor looked around, trying to find where the colt had gone. "Nowhere, no when, never; that is exactly where we are."
"Why are you doing this," The Doctor whispered, "Show yourself!"
"I'm right here, Doctor," the colt said as it appeared before his eyes. "Oh, does this form scare you? Perhaps I can make things a little easier for you." The colt suddenly shifted into a near carbon copy of his tenth incarnation. "Perhaps
DEATH TO THE DOCTOR: CHAPTER 1
CHAPTER 1 CATCHING UP
For the longest time, for what seemed like a tense eternity for most, there was a great calm that fell over Ponyville. Nothing happened, and no pony seemed to care. It was during this time that even the Doctor and his previous companions fell into a false sense of security. No ponies were killed or disappeared, no aliens appeared in the skies; everything was at peace. Even so, there was still one peril that lurked on the outskirts of Appleloosa. Past the Dry Peaks, just a little to the left of No Pony's Canyon, sat a large temple of some kind. Inside, four werewolves glared out at the moon furiously. The Doctor had ruined their plans, and now they were forced on a new plan; vengeance.
"My brothers," the alpha wolf roared, "we have been tricked by the great one! He has allowed the Doctor to make fools of us, and now we shall show these lands that we are not fools, but a force to be feared!" The other werewolves bellowed in agreement, slapping a fist into the
THE TALES OF POND: EPISODE 10
EPISODE 10 FREAKS
Deep in the cloning vats Amy, Rory, Twilight and Commander Strax continued their perilous journey, now armed with the fire power of a Sontaran warrior. Despite being grateful for the rescue Twilight Sparkle was still confused on a single, nagging aspect of their rescue.
"Say," Twilight began, "how did you get into this place, anyhow?"
"Simple," Commander Strax responded, "The Doctor lent me this vortex manipulator!" Strax showed the three of them the manipulator strapped to his left hoof. "It's all very interesting, though. I got a distress signal from the TARDIS, along with specific coordinates, and as soon as I activate the manipulator it brought me here."
"And the Dalek we encountered before," Amy asked, "it's helping the others, yea?"
"That Dalek is rather curious," Strax nodded, "Never before in the history of my clone batch have I seen a Dalek that can harbor a love for other life forms. To me it destroys the purpose of being a Dalek, but what do I know? I

EPISODE 9 THE CIRCUS OF MADNESS
The Doctor couldn't exactly tell how long he had been out for. All he knew is that the transmat beam had teleported them to a large, open space. The only lighting came from a fixture above his head, keeping the rest of the area completely shrouded in the darkness. The Doctor slowly picked himself up off the ground and reached over to nudge Susan with his hoof. She groaned and stirred, and when she opened her eyes she looked around and stood up.
"Grandfather, where is this place?" The Doctor pulled out his sonic screwdriver and examined the area around them.
"We're in space," the Doctor nodded, "judging from light thrumming I feel below, and according to the sonic we're in a pretty big room, possibly anywhere between forty to fifty feet in diameter. I do like a big room; lots of open space." The Doctor heard something pounding behind him. He turned around and remembered that he had left the others inside the TARDIS. He pointed his sonic screwdriver

EPISODE 8 THE TERRIBLE DEED
Before the Doctor saw the death of Emerald Night, before he took off to Appleloosa in search of old mare's tales, before he was far too late to save a dear friend, the day had started like any other. Applejack and Twilight were seeing the Doctor off as he got ready to make the trip.
"Now y'all be safe," Applejack smiled as she shook the Doctor's hoof.
"Oh we'll be just fine," He assured, "and you, Twilight, you best be keeping an eye on Ponyville while I'm gone."
"Will do, Doctor!" Twilight grinned.
"Good. I'll see the both of you as soon as I can," The Doctor promised. And with that the doors of the TARDIS shut and the Doctor took off in his wondrous machine. The same grinding wheeze filled the air as the blue box dematerialized and vanished into the afternoon air.
"So, where you gonna be off to, Twi?" Applejack asked.
"Well I heard it's going to be raining soon, so I figured that I might as well go home. After all, Spike needs to be fed, and Rarity w
